How should I pay off multi unit loans fast and should I put the cash flow back into another multi unit loan

I'd do the Dave Ramsey snow ball method.  Pay extra only on the lowest balance loan and once you pay it off move all that to the next lowest.  But keep some cash reserves for maintenance and capex.
