How should I pay off multi unit loans fast and should I put the cash flow back into another multi unit loan

If your goals are to buy another property, save your money for a down payment instead of paying off the mortgage faster. Another option if you have equity already in the property, is to refinance it and pull the equity out and use that to buy another place.

I'd do the Dave Ramsey snow ball method. Pay extra only on the lowest balance loan and once you pay it off move all that to the next lowest. But keep some cash reserves for maintenance and capex.

@Karl McGarvey How long have you had it? The equity would be through appreciation or having owned it for a while and paid down some of the mortgage.

@Theresa Harris without increasing the ARV through improvements is there any money to be pulled out with a refi?
