Tax Deed Property purchases

Hello,

I am seeking funding for Tax Deed property purchases. This is not Tax Deed Certificates, those bore me. I am actually purchasing the property from the county or from the owner pre-auction. There is NO redemption period in my state so I get possession the day after the auction. I have been doing this for two years and have gotten it dialed in on my own dime. Now its time to scale up but I need funding from a smart investor that understands the business. This is a great way to get fantastic returns with very little or no exposure.
