Refinance with houses under the LLC

Devon Jeff
Posted

We have 2 homes, with no liens that we want to refinance to fix up and sell. They houses were transferred to us and we placed them under an LLC. My question is would it be possible to refinance under my name while keeping the houses under the LLC? Of note the houses under the LLC is our seed money to start flipping (we're in NYC). So once the houses are sold we will be rolling monies over into our next project.

Thanks in advance

@Devon Jeff, should be possible. Start calling around to your local banks and CUs. Worst-case scenario, you have to do a commercial loan.
