Hard money lending in Rhode Island

Hello all, I am a new investor, currently doing my research on SFH and MFH investing. I am planning on assembling my team before me and my partner actually head out to start taking action. As far as financing (I am based in Rhode Island) does anyone know a credible and trustworthy HML that we could work with. Thank you everyone for your time! Also as far as using my LLC to apply for conventional rehab and regular loans, is that a valid option? Does it vary from state to state?

 Hi Luigi,

Welcome to investing. I know many hard money lenders in Rhode Island. I wish you had asked this a month ago because the local real estate group had a hard money seminar last month. If you want to go to this month meeting it is Thursday night. The third Thursday of the month in Warwick. Message me for more info. Even if you can't make it I can send you a couple names.

As far as LLCs, I do not own any investment properties in my own name. We borrow from hard money lenders, private money lenders, and commercial lenders with our llc's.
