I have a few quick questions
1. How long do you have to be at a job for the banks to be comfortable loaning to you?
2. Is the 203k loan which includes renovation costs eligible for a fourplex?
3. After you secure the loan is there any consequences to lowering your income aka working less or do they even care as long as you make the payment?
I’m sure that there are errors and things I’ve overlooked so don’t hesitate letting me know how uneducated I am. Lol. Just trying to learn.

No as long as you making payment on time.
On and FHA loan, you just have to have 2 years in any industry, not specifically in the same line of work.
