How to Refinance secondary Home That Has Been Paid Off?

I’m having trouble securing a loan. I have a paid off home that I don’t live in and it’s out of state from my primary residence. I have a full time job that brings in decent amount, 750+ credit scores but I can’t secure a Loan! Any advice?
