Killian Financials - what are your thoughts?

Hi Everyone,

Have any of you ever worked with Killian Financials for hard money lending? I can't seem to find much information on the company (including reviews) so was hoping some of you could vouch for them. Feel free to PM me!

The conclusion I came to was that there were too many red flags for me to pursue with this lending institution. Their website gave little information, the phone number never worked, and the individual’s email that reached out to me was just an outlook account. On top of that, the application she sent over was a very poorly put together file with numerous spelling and grammar mistakes. Additionally, the terms provided to me seemed almost too good to be true. Lastly, the only individuals that would vouch for this lender through bigger pockets had accounts created either the same day I’d made this post or the same week (my hunch told me they were fake accounts). One of them was even deleted shortly after reaching out to me.

One or a few of these may have been okay. But it was just too many red flags for me to be comfortable enough moving forward.

I work for one of the top banks in the world. Everything you’re describing are indicators of phishing and fraud. Most banks are not lending right now due to the sba programs. I really would be surprised if this company was legit

I just had one of their loan officers reach out to me as well. Definitely seems sketchy and too good to be true. If anyone has had any positive experiences with this company, please chime in.

PEOPLE, people, people, what are you doing???

The only lender that you should go to that is online is Rocket mortgage or someone who spends lots of money for advertising. And even then, I would be skeptical. A quarter point or even 1% difference is not going to make that much difference when you have a great deal, which is what you should be buying anyway.

Meet people in person, NOT ONLINE!!!! These people ask for money up front, they take your PERSONAL information, including drivers license number, SS# and bank accounts. I know that you want to do EVERYTHING online, but getting a loan is a little more personal. Use people from your local REIA. Use people that you can go to their office, they answer their phone, and most of all, people that are local to you.

WHY do you need to use someone online?? It boggles my mind that you would risk your personal financial information with someone that you met online that you can not talk with!!

Dont even consider finding a lender like that.Wake up!!

Address is strange as well for this company. Looks to me that they are located in some sort of stadium or business center, NRG Park in Houston. As I am not American, does this park sound familiar? Is it possible to have an office in a stadium?

I am currently working with Killian Financials (supposedly) and am running into the same issues.  I'm trying to figure out if this company is legit.  I called the phone number listed as the persons cell, and it just rang.  Never went to voicemial.  In addition, the persone/loan officer lives in Charleston IL, but the phone number and company address were San Francico CA.  The Website appears to be legit but is located in TX.  Something seems off.  Any additional info anyone has would be greatly appreciated.
