How to find investors?
How do I go about finding investors that will lend me money to buy rental properties?
I currently have 8 units and want to keep growing. I come across good deals all the time, focusing on smaller multi-units. Unfortunately they tend to slip by do to my lack of investors.
So if anyone has any good advice, please share, it would be greatly appreciated.
