Demand Feature on Closing Disclosure

Mortgage on my rental question: on my loan disclosure I have a box checked that says “your loan does not have a demand feature”. What does that mean?

I called my lender and asked them if they would allow me to transfer title from my personal name to my LLC and they said yes because the loan does not have a demand feature; however, the deed of trust says I cannot transfer the property or they can call them note due. This statement and the "does not have a demand feature" are contradictory.

Now I’m really confused. Please help!!! 😊
