First cash out refinance
I’m looking to refinance my first house and would like advice on what mortgage companies other investors are using and have had good luck with? Also what kind of terms can I expect to see? I was hoping to find a company that would do a 30 year fixed with an interest rate of less than 4% and will loan up to 85% of the value of the property. Thanks of all responses in advance!
