Wanted to know what kind of loan opportunities I'd get if I were to apply for a mortgage in my own name vs through an LLC I create? What's the best way to go?

In your name 30 year amortization and 1/2 point less

LLC 20 yr amortization. 5 yr adjustable


these are bank terms in new jersey
