BRRRRouse hack in San Diego county
Hello I am in due diligence on a house in San Diego county CA that I would like to convert into a 6 bed 3 bath rent by the room house hack. I am wondering if any investors in the area know any good local banks that refinance with minimal seasoning and will lend 80% of an assets value also one that takes the rental income into consideration when it come to debt to income. Another thing I’m wondering who I can contact to see local air bnb laws and rent by the room laws. Anything helps thank you
