Cash Out Refi Bank Recommendations

Hi All, I am looking for a lender who will cash out refi more than the typical 70% LTV for a rental property. Can anyone recommend any lenders that will do 75-80% or more for a rental property? Thanks in advance! :)

@Richie Pace..loan amount? location of property?  market rents?  fico range?  ...do you have a threshold for terms - that question is so general, so tailoring it down would help you get more replies.
