Refinancing under LLC

Question before purchasing under our LLC. 1st time investor. We just opened an LLC and opened a business checking account with it.

We plan to BRRRR our first property. We are using cash from our home equity and transfering it to our business checking to purchase under the LLC. When it comes time to refinance will I have a hard time purchasing as owned by our business? Should I wait and just purchase it under our name now and transfer under the LLC later?

Thanks in advance! Trying to get it all figured out first.
