Lead Generation for Specialty Private Lender

Hello Everyone,

I've started out as a loan originator for flippers and new construction developers in Minnesota, and so far things are going well in finding leads through networking.  However, in my old industry, I had online platforms that were full of potential leads that I used all the time.  Does something like this exist for tracking down all the flippers and developers in an geographical area?
