Portfolio Lenders Illinois
I wondered if anyone has used a portfolio lender that does deals in Illinois - and how was your experience?
I'm currently looking to finance the purchase of 14 units in Kankakee, IL, so would be great to hear from others if they have gone through a similar process?

I'm a big fan of First Federal Bank in Ottawa, IL. 80% LTV on cashout refis and 30 year amortorization. Let me know if I can help!
