Who would you recommend and why? Looking for recommendations for lenders who can service Colorado with the lowest interest rates, lowest points, lowest total fees, fastest close time and least amount of red tape to go through (ex: they require a costly inspection each time you want to take a drawl to pay your contractors) We are a partner team of 1 realtor and one project manager in Denver with 800+ credit scores and liquid cash looking to partner with a good lender ASAP.
