Purchase Mortgage notes from a bank
Does anyone have experience purchasing specific notes directly from a bank? I'm in a position looking to help family. They are not good candidates for refi, and I would like to purchase purchase there existing notes and reamoratorize.
Outside of the obvious pitfalls of lending to family, any thoughts?
