Low Doc Refinance Cash Out Loans
I am seeking no-doc, cash-out refi on two properties that I own. I am looking for referrals and good recommendations. I have my mortgages with Chase and SPS and they don't do no-doc refinances and the few companies I looked at seemed a little shady. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
