No Seasoning Refinancing
Hey I have a few properties in my portfolio, all of them have equity and I would like to cash out. The property with the most equity was purchased in December. I bought it for $82,0000 and it appraised for $145,000.00. I spoke with multiple lenders and none of them can refinance now..
