Sample Term Sheet - Private Lenders

Hello Lenders and Borrowers:  I'm seeking various examples of term sheets from experience lenders and borrowers.  The specific details are not as important as the language used to document the terms.   Would be grateful if a few might be willing to share.  If you happen to have versions where it's 100% debt and one with equity, that'd be great.

I recognize any documents shared would require attorney review.  Looking to refine a version I have and know there is a wealth of experience here on BP in this space.
