Philadelphia Mortgage Lenders

Hi Everyone,

I had a quick question about mortgage lenders in the Philadelphia/Delaware county areas.

I have been using a specific lender but was wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for lenders that have used that can close quickly?

I always put my things under an LLC so the financing would be through that. Looking to get a 30 yr fixed rate if possible.
