Short Term Financing

Good Morning, BP!

I hope everyone is remaining safe & heathy during this unfortunate time.

Looking for financial advice regarding a multifamily apartment complex I'm currently renovating which should be nearing completion (including stabilizing the property @ 90% occupancy) in early May. The dilemma I've encountered is the large cash position I currently have in the property, roughly $3mm (acquisition + renovation costs) paired with the looming recession. My concerns are primarily focused on a potential liquidity crisis in the market and lack of funding and willingness from the banks to extend a refinance upon the stabilization of my property. At this moment, I'm wondering if there is a better short-term loan product that will allow me to extract a much equity out of the property/project and upon the dust settling I can look for a longterm loan product.

Any insight or feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance
