Good Morning

I am new to this and would like to purchase my very own investment property. Looking for a multi family ideally. I have a credit score of 800 and 60,000 of savings. Please provide the best process and best loan advice. I am looking for a great deal. I live in Northern NJ. Thanks for your help!
