Private lender for reno.
I am brand new to real estate investing, but have been around real estate for most of my life. I am 21 years old. I am also currently getting my documents together for a preapproval letter for a conventional mortgage. My goal is to buy a house for around 115k and put roughly 15k in reno. Which would put the house roughly at 160. Is there a private lender that would be interested? Or could point me into the direction of someone that would be?
