Is it a good idea to secure a LOC right now?
What are your thoughts in always have a line of credit available? With everything going on right now would it be a good time to secure a line of credit and be ready for any potential deals that may become available in the near future?
If so, what are your LOC's like? Rate, amount, terms etc..
