Private Lender Information Packet
A friend of mine would like to invest in my real estate company in the near future. This gave me the kick in the butt I needed to get started on my materials for when I meet with various lenders (bank, private lender etc.). Does anyone have any suggestions/ references I can use for a private lender information packet? I am in the process of completing mine and I keep getting stuck.
