Hard money lenders in Chicago

Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone could refer me to any private lenders or HM lenders that works with new investors.  I am having a hard time finding funding currently because if the coronavirus.  I currently have one rental that I fixed and flipped last year.

I have deal that really can't pass on.
