Refinance Two Properties Owner Occupied Back-to-Back?

Philip Lindholm
Posted

I refinanced a property owner-occupied conventional in February, then COVID hit, and I had to move into one of my rental properties.  Now that I am living in my rental for the forseeable future, can I refinance this property owner-occupied conventional too?  I'd like to do it right away, as it would not only drop my rate, but allow me to miss a couple payments and increase cash flow during this crazy time.
