SBA Disaster loan and cash out refi
I want to do a cash out refi on one of my rentals. I also applied for the Sba disaster loan. Before I accept the Sba loan I want to know if this will negatively impact my ability to do the cash out. I have 8 doors, great credit and cash flow. Thanx for any help!
