Pre-Approved but Changing Jobs
I recently got pre-approved for a conventional first time borrower loan however, I am in the process of changing jobs. I will be making more money and it is just as stable of a job, but does this void the pre-approval? Will I have to get pre-approved again? If so, I am nervous I will not be able to get the same loan as I do not have tenure at the new job.
