Has anyone had experience with Watermark Home Loans?
I was wondering if anyone had experience getting a conventional loan for an out-of-state investment property from Watermark Home Loans, based out of Irvine, CA? They consistently quote me 0.5% lower than competitors and I am wondering what the catch is... I am looking to finance a duplex in Richmond Virginia. Thanks for all and any input!
