Do any banks, credit unions or private lender have long-term fixed loans???? Any hep. Thanks

Hi @Jayson Robinson , yes many lenders are still lending long-term fixed rate loans on investment properties. If you can purchase using a 20% or 25% downpayment and you are otherwise credit-worthy then you'll find the interest rates to be quite favorable!

These programs are now available again. Max ltv is 75% provided it meets dsr requirements and credit scores. These loans are strictly for llcs.
