Conventional Loan for FHA Approved Condo Complex

Ray Kaufman
Posted

South Carolina has down payment assistance for first time home buyers. The stipulation for condos is that it must be a FHA approved condo complex. If you have sufficient money to do a 20% down payment, can you do a conventional loan without issue on a FHA approved condo complex? The down payment assistance is given even if you pay 20% down. Thanks.
