Lending options - multi-family
I am new to the multi-family investment business (have done several single-family homes). Given this, I’m not familiar with the lending options and associated differences, benefits, limitations, etc. associated with them.
Does anyone have any suggestions for my reading pleasure and to help me become more educated and informed in this area? Thanks in advance for all the suggestions and feedback!
