Question about private lending
Hello,
Is it acceptable to pay origination of the loan before loan can be disbursed to borrower (it can be few thousand ) ?
What gives me a guarantee that I will get after that all loan amount ?
What additional tests should I check about the lender ?

I've never had to pay an origination fee before the closing of the building.
