Financing for manufactured homes in Orlando

I’m wondering if anyone has any referrals for manufactured home financing in the Orlando area? Looking to buy a manufactured home on some land but I don’t know if conventional mortgages include manufactured homes. Thanks for any info and/or help with this!!

@Joseph Whitton Start with the local mobile home dealerships in your area. They may have some referrals for you for some manufactured home lenders. Hope that helps!
