If you are married and want to use Fannie Mae loans do you have to apply for them jointly or can you fine for 10 loans a piece? Have any of you done something like this and how did it go?

Replied

You are not required to apply jointly with a spouse.  If you and your spouse apply individually then you could both obtain 10 Fannie Mae loans each.
