Are there any new construction loans out there?
I've been contacting mortgage brokers and lenders trying to find a new construction loan, preferably an HFA new construction loan to get 3.5% down. When asking about it I am being told they do not exist right now. Does anyone have any insight into this? Or know if a new construction loan is even possible right now.
