Interested in learning private lending. Any ideas?

Hello,

I’ve been interested in the concept of private lending for awhile after reading the book called “bankers code”, so I understand the basic concept of it. I’m interested in learning more on the do’s and don’ts along with many other beginner questions. Can anyone recommend any books or sites I should look to for further education?
