Personal loan to pay mortgage balance
Hi,
Can someone recommend a company that can provide large personal loans for those with bad debt? I came across a homeowner who would like to sell her house for cash, but she has an outstanding mortgage balance. Due to her situation she would have to pay $100k at the closing table. She is willing to do that if she can find someone to loan the money. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
