foreigner trying to get a mortgage
Im looking to buy property in the US as someone who has a swiss citizenship and a hong kong citizenship and i was wondering what is the easiest way for me to obtain a mortgage to buy an apartment complex for the same requirements as an american. If i had an american partner would it make my investing easier in that sense?
