Investment property mortgage questions
Can anyone tell me which states require lower down payment on mortgages for investment properties?
Also, which ones will allow a lease and pre-payment to count some of the future income at that investment property towards the buyers income? I was told by one company they only need to see a cleared check for 2 months rent and a lease, then when we moved forward he said we cant do it because income was to low from the buyer. Also wondering what reserves are needed, on the subject property and property already owned. Asking for myself and partners. Thank you!
