foreigner borrowing money

Hi all,

I am a foreigner and wanted to get into us property market. I have been trying to find info about foreigners borrowing money to buy IP? however havent found no luck at the moment. does anyone know where or othe r creative ways? because i dont want to put 100% cash and thought it would good if i could leverage on banks or other sources.

Also should we set up a normal llc or master llc? am looking to buy IP in texas area.
