Best HELOCs for Rental Properties

I had my investment HELOCs through a local credit union called BECU. They shifted their guidelines and are not doing Rental HELOCs right now. They also lowered their LTV limits on their HELOCS.

Who are you using for HELOCS on rentals in the current COVID environment?

What LTV will they do?

What rates?

Will they do LLC, Personal name, or either?

Please share. Investors need this resource.
