Refinance Owner Occupied question
I have been traveling for work and I am moving back into one of my multi family homes. Anyone know if I have to live here for some duration before refinancing?
My mailing and business address is a relatives since I was on the road for work.
I just read my lender only counts 70% of rental income. When did it drop from 75%?
