Indiana First Deed of Trust?
Looking at lending some money on a rehab/rental in Indiana. I’ve done FDoT here in CA just wondering what considerations might apply in Indiana? We’ve got a promissory note drafted that seems agreeable. I’m comfortable with the person and the project. Here in CA you’d also also need to record a Deed of Trust with the county. Can anyone provide advice or recommend a resource in Indianapolis? Thanks!
