Low Minimum Blanket Loans
Looking to see if anyone has a recommendation for a portfolio/blanket lender for Alabama or a good lender for low priced rentals? I am currently looking at financing several low cost SFR ($40-70K) in order to raise the overall financed amount above the threshold for financing minimums or find a lender who would finance at the lower price points. Any input is greatly appreciated!
