Find off market deal for myself to live in
Just starting out in real estate investing. I’ve learned much from YouTube and bigger pockets blogs. But I recently just moved to new location and would like to find an off market deal for myself to live in. Obviously I’m going for a fix and flip or rent the property eventually. But what kind of loan can I get if I do find a deal on a house I want to live in first? That also may need to work done? Any advice would be appreciated.
