Construction to perm loan on a fourplex
Hey Team,
I'm new to this world, but my husband and I are looking for some guidance on where I can obtain a Construction to perm loan on a Fourplex with a low down payment. Potentially less than 20%. We are both veterans and were informed that VA loans will not cover new construction of multifamily (Does anyone know this to be fact?) Not sure what the FHA rules are just yet but would consider that direction or something else as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
